On this episode of Cigars and Sea Stories, we go outside the studio to interview the team of Operation Giveback as they participate in Nashville’s Ragnar Relay.
Mike and Juslin hopped in the truck and headed for Nashville at 0 Dark Thirty on October 24th. They made the 8-hour drive to Nashville to make link up with these amazing warriors as the completed the final leg of the race.
For the final leg of the race every team member gathered near the finish line and brought it home strong as a unit. It was quite the aww-inspring site.
We welcome you to learn more about Operation Giveback and their mission to help families in need.
More About Operation Giveback
OGB wants to expand our organization. This is a grassroots effort and can only expand through servant leadership. We are always looking for volunteers who want to donate their time and/or talent. This helps us keep the administrative cost low and thereby ensures as much funding as possible goes directly
to our cause.
OGB Mission: to raise awareness and resources for our wounded warriors, their families, and the children of our fallen heroes.
OGB Vision: to create an opportunity to raise money and awareness for our wounded and disabled service members and their families, and “giveback” from all of us as a community.
Our Purpose/Strategy: is to work with organization that support our mission statement and are dedicated to our cause of assisting wounded warriors and their families. Through these partnerships jobs will be created, homes are being built, and essential/rehabilitative medical care will be given to our service members through contributions and donations from the community.
