On this episode of Cigars and Sea Stories, Mike and Bennett discuss Haircuts.
The Marine Corps has some seriously strict grooming standards. It centers around hygiene and maintaining an overall cleanliness in one’s appearance. There three basic variations of a Marine Corps haircut; the high reg, medium reg and low reg — and the “low-low”, which is not typically found on the menu.
Haircuts – Pushing Regulation
Marines and sailors have been pushing these regulations since we first started wearing gas masks. (The original reason for keeping our hair high and tight.) Zero faded up to 3 inches on top.
