195: Brehan Brady, Army Veteran, 1-506th 101st Airborne

On this episode of Cigars and Sea Stories, Bennett is sitting down with Army veteran Brehan Brady

Brehan (spelled Bríen Ó Brádaigh in Gailic) Served 8 years as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army, with the VT Army National Guard (A Co 3/172 INF MTN), 10th Mountain Div (A Co 2/87 INF), and 101st Airborne Div (B Co 3/502 INF, A Co 1/506 INF). His deployments include MFO rotation 41, and Iraq 2003-2004, 2005-2006. He was honorably discharged in August, 2007.  Now he works as a Rigger in the H.B DuPont Preservation Shipyard at Mystic Seaport, restoring and preserving historic vessels from the age of sail.  Bennett and Brehan talk about an upcoming Wounded Warrior Project event at Mystic Seaport on June 17th. They also offer a sailing program for all veterans starting soon at the Seaport.
